Hey.
If I try to create with "New -> New" or "New -> Assembly/Drawing/Part" it does not work.
The window is saying " The datavese being opened from Oldversion folder has an invalid filename."
Few months ago I tried to make my on templates.. can the problem be there?
Also, if you open the "New-> New" it shows that the path for templates is wrong.. how can i change that to default?

Template information is controlled by Tools/Application Options/File tab or the folder options of your current/active project file.

In the screenshot that you show, you are using "Frame0001.ipj". The path to the templates can be set in the IPJ file.
Edit this ipj to change the location of the templates.
But, you probably were unaware that this project is selected.

Hi! Like Mark and Kirk mentioned earlier, this is most likely template files related. Either the path is not set correctly or you select a template file incompatible with the Inventor release you are running. Another possibility is that you are selecting a backup file (from OldVersion folder) as a template file. If none of these applies to you, please attach the part template file you are using.
