All,
Working with an individual who had the following screen shot come up with the message "Cannot close a key". Doesn't seem to matter if the file is checked out of the Vault or not and also doesn't seem to matter if the Appearances are updated. The only real item that we have been able to detect is the user is opening up files that were created on a Windows 7 64-bit machine in Inventor 2012 and the user has an XP 32-bit machine.
There doesn't appear to be a problem, just the dialog box that pops up stating "Cannot close a key" and seems related to the file migration from 2012 to 2013. Want to see if anyone else out here has seen this and can let me know if this is a problem or not. Is this just a weird information message that comes up from the 32 versus 64-bit? Any information would be nice. Hope all is well and have a blessed day!
Thanks,
Pete
