Intermittent miter issues with reused frame members

'm making a new topic b/c the original convo is a bit messy.  Attached image shows a frame generator assembly with 3 sets of reused members; 

-lidLength (1x reuse)

- lidDepth (1x reuse)

- lidHeight (3x reuse)

As you can see from the highlighted miters in the image, some of the miter solutions are incorrect. This _never_ happens if I add individual members without reusing. 

I'm packaging the entire project for completeness.

Once you have reused the member. Click "Change Reuse". From there you can flip the member and rotate it around so that the reuse is as you'd like it to be. I have another thread about the apparent randomness of how the original "Reuse" command inserts the members. It makes no sense, however you can always rectify it with "Change Reuse".

OK, I guess I have to ask you to eli5. How do I use change reuse to solve my specific issue?

ETA, my bad, I didn't see your "hilighting"

Right click on part (in model space or browser) -> Edit with Frame Generator -> Reverse direction

OK, I've reused every member step by step, and mitered every new joint as it appears. Once I get to the joint between reused "length" and reused "width", I cannot select "width" as a miter target. Nothing I do in "change reuse" seems to help.

I can't reverse it because I don't have a library of these profiles.

If it doesn't work after reversing, delete this one profile before cutting and insert it again - this time click the edge in a different place.

That does indeed reverse the direction of the member. But though Miter command now accepts the reused member as input, no miter actually occurs.
