Install of 2016 Pro Error Message

I'm getting ready to install Inventor2016 Pro and Vault 2016 to 70 users and I started to get this message when opening an iam.

Does anyone know what this is?

I tried different Vault Projects with the Inventor Electrical Library 2016 and with out, same message,

Do I need to have something in this? I don't plan to use this?

Usually this indicates there's a bad install of AutoCAD Electrical.  If you are not going to use Acad E then unload the Catalog Browser in Inventor Add-ins.  If you are going to use Acad E, then run a repair on the software (Acad E).

I did try and unload that add-in and that did not work until I just remembered that after you do that kind of stuff you need to shut down Inventor and restart. Not getting message anymore.
