Hello @Anonymous not sure what you're trying to do, but here are a few links that might help explain what the error is referring to:

Silhouette curve

Split faces, trim solids, and split solids

Hello manojthapaermech,

These problems are only warning messages for you. "some faces haven't been split at their silhouette" means the parting line/surface may not on the silhouette curve of this part. You MAY need to modify the parting line/surface based on your design purpose. "Undercut Faces" has the similar situation, it means some of the part cannot pull out normally. However, if you want to design some inserts in these areas, you can ignore these warning messages. If not, you can use draft to analyse the part to get more detailed problematic areas.

Thanks,

Steven

@Anonymous the draft analysis gives the color values, do you have an example of what you are wanting the probe tool to do?

hello,

Just like solidworks, if we want the draft of any face of solid we just click the face and its show the value. like this there is any option in Autodesk inventor which show the value of draft of any part's face in draft analysis.

Thanks
