Hi,
I uploaded a Unistrut custom frame profile to the Library. As far as I know the all necessary section properties filled. (Capture 4).
During the frame analysis the following error messages has come up:
"Solver Incomplete geometrical properties (zero values of Vy, Vpy, Vz, Vpz parameters) for sections assigned to structure bars. Stresses calculated for these sections will equal zero. [Beam(s) 1] There are some Solver messages. Results can be invalid."
I have checked the section properties in the "Beam/column calculator". It is seems good. (Capture 1).
I have also checked in the "Beam properties" under the frame analysis (Capture 2). It seems that these parameters are calculated from the geometry and not using the predetermined section properties. These parameters are different from values in "Beam/column calculator".
What can I do to fix the problem and avoid this error?
Why I see different section properties under different places?
Thank you in advance.

Hi Tamas,
Many thanks for providing the snapshots! It would be a lot quicker if you can provide the example Do you mind sharing the Inventor files here?
Hi Johnson,
The part and the Library attached.
Use the profile (the only one) in the Library to create any frame.
Try to solve it with frame analysis and you will get a same error message.

Hi Tamas,
Currently are supported only profiles with single outer profile path. Internal paths like holes are Ok. Your profile uses four outer profile paths.
We are trying to remove this limitation. As a workaround I can recommend to modify inner lines of profile to "Construction" lines. This way your profile will define single outer profile path - see image below.
