In the BOM, some assemblies do not correspond to the Master

There is a large assembly, which includes many subassemblies. The assembly is open in Master mode. I open the BOM and see that some subassemblies remain in modes other than the Master. Why is this happening?
The discovery of all problematic subassemblies shows that they are all stored in Master mode. How to make that at opening of the general assembly all subassemblies were opened in the mode of the Master?

Might be a translation/language issue..

I'm not sure what "Master Mode" is

Are you talking about the Master design view representation?

Hi! I suspect you might be using Level of Detail (LOD) to suppress certain subassemblies. And, you still see the suppressed components showing in BOM table. Is that true? If yes, this is behaving correctly. LOD is a memory management tool allowing users to unload component documents due to lack of capacity. When documents are unloaded, more memory will be freed up.

If you want to see the components deducted from the BOM table, you can copy the LOD to Design View. Then in drawing partslist, you can override the quantity based on the Design View.

Many thanks!

How to make, that in LOD all the subassemblies were in Master mode?

Hi! The behavior does not look right to me. Could you try something real quick for me? At the top-level assembly, activate LOD:All Comp Suppressed and then activate LOD:Master. Now check BOM table. Does it make a difference?

Many thanks!

There is no difference.

Hi! Then I will need to see the files. Could you share with me directly (johnson.shiue@autodesk.com)?

Many thanks!

Hi!

The problem is solved. The error was due to the fact that my autocross, under certain conditions, was overwritten by Part Number and in the BOM we see the new Part Number, and not the LOD of the subassembly.
