Improper constraints, material or mesh

While I do a Stress analysis, the "Improper constraints, material or mesh" error appears. I already changed the average element size and it still doesn't work. 😞

Would you mind share your data here and forum experts can help you out.

By the way, try to lower the Average Element Size to 0.025 or less in the Mesh Settings. By default the value is 0.100.

Average Element Size controls the size of the mesh according to the formula below:

Size of average mesh = longest parameter of object x Average Element Size.

Note: A smaller average element will take a longer time to analyze.

Is this a single part analysis or an assembly? If it's an assembly, make sure that the gap between the parts is less than the gap allowance in the set-up screen for the analysis. Also check that you don't have any contact interferances between the parts.

Hi! I suspect you may need to use Thin Wall for the lattice structure. It is just too thin. The aspect ratio is too high. Please share the example here so forum experts can take a look.
