Importing DXF into Inventor 2017

Dear Autodesk Helpdesk / Forum!

 

I use Inventor 2017 model at our company, and I have a problem with importing DXF files into .idw files or .ipt sketch. I have read all of the instructions at your homepage, and I do exactly that way, but the Inventor 2017 stops working and freezes when it tries to open it.

 

What could be the problem? I have installed the service packs which were available in February 2017, but nothing since then.

Please close Inventor.. Then uninstall DWG TrueView and then download/reinstall the latest version from here..

There was a bug in it that caused this.. Not sure why the update wasn't pushed out to everyone..
