Importing a .Jt file creates as surface and mesh

Greetings Everyone,

I have a project; the customer has given ".JT" Format has input file. I tried so many times to Import get the Model as assembly and part "solid" it is getting failed to generate, but if I use mesh, it is generating but I can't use mesh to use for animation through inventor studio that is getting failure to work on that.

Please help me to convert that mesh into solids, Please Check and reply asap.

Give a suggestion to convert that mesh into solids through inventor.

HI!

Try to use Stitch and/or sculp to turn the surfaces into solids.

If this does not work, we have to see the file to check where is failing.

Can you shere the file?

Hi! This means the JT file only contains mesh. Please ask the data source to export JT with Brep, not just Mesh.

Many thanks!
