Fortunately the geometry is very simple and will not take you long to remodel in Inventor.

AnyCAD in Inventor? Or another way? Have some one worked with this type of file before and succeeded?

Hi! Another quick test you can try. In AutoCAD, use ACISOUT or STEPOUT to export the solid. Then import it to Inventor. Do the solid bodies appear?
It is possible those rails may not be solid bodies. Use LIST command to check what they are.
Many thanks!
Thanks @johnsonshiue
