iLogic window lost

For whatever reason my iLogic browser pane has vanished.

I've have never had dual screens, I've already tried deleting the registry entry (as per http://discussion.autodesk.com/thread.jspa?messageID=5497535) and using the inventor reset utility. No luck, and there is no check box under view/user interface for ilogic anymore.

I've used every version of Inventor from 2013 to 2018, and they only seem to get more and more unreliable.

Can anyone offer any other methods of resolving this?

Thanks for the reply.
I eventually realised it was a problem of my own making, I’d written an add-on that was to show/hide browser panes and windows under certain circumstances and it was permanently hiding the ilogic window.
