You can see in the Finished Drawing (assignment drawing) there are no curves. But in .idw file there are curves.  How to get rid of this?

you can click on those items in the idw and turn off the visibility ... however your view is CORRECT ..it's showing the true projected view with the bends

Your Sketch18 has incorrect dimension and is not fully constrained.

Also, Sketches 6, 8, 12, 14 are not fully defined.  You have been instructed here to stop at any time you do not have a fully constrained sketch and ask questions here about how to correct the situation.

With correct dimension - the Sweep does not intersect the square cut.

Thanks for identifying the error. Shown curves in the .idw file also vanished with the dimension correction in Sketch 18.

Drag line endpoint - what do you see?

Turn on Constraint Visibility - what do you see?

If I Drag line endpoint I can see square is moving. If I turn on Constraint Visibility I can see all the constrained that had been made.

So why does it move?

What is needed to remove the degrees of freedom?

Hint:  Have you started going through these yet?

No I didn't go through the tutorial. I had a glance on that. It seems heavy for the beginners.

Did you attach the correct file?

Can you create a Screencast recording?

In the file you attached here - it is not fully constrained.
