IDW showing whole fractions

Has anyone run in to the issue with an IDW showing whole fractions in along with the measurements. For instance we have a dimension that is 60" but on the IDW it shows up as 59 2/2". We also have fractions show up as 5/7". It seems to be random and doesn't happen every time.
