Can anyone tell me how to change IDW balloon background color? Example- circle, within circle behind part number and make color different from sheet color.

You can change your sheet backgrounds, but I don't see how you'd be able to change the background on default balloons.

You might be able to make it a balloon sketch symbol that you would have to insert for each item...

Hoped to have more control than that, but that will work.

To add mdavis22569 posting..

If you are creating a multi-sheet single drawing file in Inventor, all the sheets have the same color.  You are unable to assign different colors to each sheets unless each sheet is its own drawing file.

I need to have one type of balloon to be yellow in the balloon background itself and then red in another balloon on the same sheet. Was hoping for more flexibility to change balloon style for different selection types. Like a hatch color option on the balloon style for fill in the balloon itself. thanks for trying

Well you could create a custom symbol (or multiple symbols in your case), and manually override the balloon with the custom symbols.
