They are Templates in "Template Folder".

In Application Option and Project File.

They're file with: Standard.*

In fact some internal commands will use them and user can't change it.

So it's best to save templates in those name.

My project file does not contain the name Standard. Please show me the path to these files.

Copy your templates and rename them Standard.

Yes it works. Thank you for the explanation. This means I have to rename all the templates. That's pretty limiting. Is there a list of features that depend on a template named Standard? I used my name according to the language Standard is our name = Norma. So I was using it wrong. People have their own Design Data and their own Templates, this change probably happened in some version.

Another question, but also about the template.

I use mm and this setting does not affect me in any way. What is the Configure Default Template button for? What does this button do?

Not changed since R1.

Everyone creating their own template not knowing IV use "Standard".

That's why people keep complaining file don't use their templates.

The "Norm" was changed:

Not sure what the Default do.

If you use mm, set it to mm.  Just in case.

When IV cannot find Standard, it'll use a internal template.

My Path

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk\Inventor 2023\Templates

Which template from which folder does the system prioritize?

I understand. All templates must be named Standard. Thank you very much for your explanation and patience.

It doesn't look into folders.

Put all Standard.* in \Templates

You are right, all countries have the same names for templates. 🙂
