I need a serial # for MDT 2009

I have MDT 2009 set up and running with my Inv 2018

I have contacted customer support for a MDT 2009 serial number, the person I have claims to not know what im talking about.

Can someone get me a name of someone at Autodesk that can actually help me...

Did you own MDT 2009?

if not you will not be given a serial number

we had a copy of MDT-2007 at the time, I was given a serial # over the phone from Autodesk to activate the MDT 2009

If you are entitled to receive a serial number, call your local Autodesk Representative, the one you normally call for demos, new software licenses and other Autodesk issues.  Ask them to call the "Autodesk Business Office" and request a special license issue.  I cannot give the number out to the public but all Autodesk representatives have it and can call on your behalf.
