Hello,

How to create a spline internal to a coupling (see attached)? Spline is B100x94 DIN 5482. I have never done this before. Inventor professional 2013.

Thanks.COUPLING TO SPLINE.jpg

You did not supply your part or the specifications for you internal involve spline so I just made up one to show you the basic process of the using the Design Accelerator.  Take a look at the attached Screencast.

Hello,

I tried to make involute spline but i did not see 100x94mm with 44 teeth in DIN5480 options.

Thank you.

If the size you want is not in this list, then if is not available in the Inventor dataset and you will have to model it yourself from dimensional prints.  I checked online for the specification for a 94mm diameter, 44 tooth involute spline and it does not exist as a standard.  Just in case I read you description wrong, a 100mm diameter, 44 tooth does not exist either.  If the spline is not a standard DIN involute, then Inventor will not have it listed.
