I NEED A 2D FORMAT FOR THE INVENTOR, ALREADY WITH THE CONFIGURATION FOR SCALES IN FEET AND INCHES

I worked for 20 years in a multinational in Brazil. Used Inventor and Autocad.
I'm living in the USA. I'm starting here to do some projects. I have the standard format for 2D drawings, however, I cannot use the scales in feet and inches that the American standard requires. My question, I need someone to be kind enough to provide a standard file with the configuration with imperial scales, or to be able to guide me on how to do the configuration in the inventor I have. My inventor is 2021. Thank you.

Olá!

Open your templates (parts, assembly and drawings), go to TOOLS tab and edit the units:

Save them: SAVE AS TEMPLATE option.
Give a suggestive name to the new templates (i would not replace for the old ones, maintain both).

So, when I start to size the parts in 2d, I can't get the scale to be in feet and inches. I have already made these changes...see the attachment.

Model in same units all the time.

Mine is inch.

If measurement is mm, just enter "3 mm".  Let Inventor do the math.

Setup different Dimension Styles in drawing to show different units: mm, meter, in, ft etc.

've been doing this, but when I scale in 2D detailing, where scales appear, I don't see feet or inches. type scale the detailed drawing. It only appears to me in decimal scales, like (1:10;1:20) and so on...I don't know if I made myself understood.

@leonardobecker872 In your shared image, what scale would you like it to be? I ask because you can just type in a number, it doesn't have to have the "1:" stuff... for instance, if I want 1" to equal 18", I type 1in = 4in or 1in = 0.25", but it's the same as typing in 1:4  or  1:0.25, it would be nice if we could set that scale with a radio button for unit type just for that entry

So Cris, I understand....I'm just questioning, because as there are pre-determined scales in mm, I would like it to be pre-determined in feet and inches too...do you understand? Then I would just choose which scale best suited my detail and that was it. I'm starting to do projects here in the USA and I'm having some doubts about the scales of the imperial system...

Scale is scale is unitless.

1:10 is the same in mm, m, inch, feet, mile.

So you just want different Scale for drawing views.

It's in Drawing Style:
