Try this:

Make the main profile exactly as shown in the 2d drawing using an Inventor sheetmetal part.

Then thicken it using the Face tool.

Then Bend around the 'Center of Bending Radius' line.

Or:

Make the main profile (the 'flat pattern' = 'Before Forming') in a 2d Sketch.

Make sure to add SketchPoints where the cross-sections go.

Then add WorkPlanes at those SketchPoints.

Then add cross-section profiles to the WorkPlanes.

Then Loft>Surface.

Then Thicken in the correct offset direction.

Incidentally, I made a part that took about 30 minutes.

So after you give it a try, I'll share my part w/you.

Note: You should set the sheetmetal Defaults>Unfold>KFactor to 0.5 b/c this is rolled not press-break formed.

Also, note that I didn't make a drawing to check the dimensions against your screen capture, so I left that up to you.

I'm following this one to see how you guys model this.  This is definitely outside of what I'm used to dealing with, but I'm quite curious.  The drawing isn't quite clear to be, though.

It appears to be 1st Angle Projection instead of 3rd Angle Projection which is standard in the USA.

UPDATE:

Looks like it's being bent in 3 directions. That's what the dotted line w/the 90° symbol indicates, another bend line. I think the other bend line is the one you can make between the 2 points that are equidistant from the end along the 2 opposite edges. But you're right, it's confusing how to make the bends.

While the P points are equidistant from the bend centerline, the Q points are not.  This is where I get stumped on modeling it.

Hello everyone thanks for your reply.

I have attached models which I have try.

I cant get 4.5° from view "X"

UPDATE 2:

I guess the real issue is how to interpret the OP's drawing.

Upon closer inspection this is how I interpret it:

The 980 dim locates the bend line for Q-Q @ 2.25° & R887.6 (Twist Diagram).

The pair of 539 dims locate the bend line for P-P @ 2.25° & R887.6 from Q-Q (Twist Diagram).

The 185.5/12° bend line is for 'X', which is shown in the extreme RH view.

'X' is an arc @f R887.6 with a chord of 371 that deforms the Q-Q bend.

That means this blade has intersecting bends, so it won't flatten in sheetmetal b/c it's deformed 'unnaturally'.

But if 'X' is only a partial bend that begins as an arc at the left end and then tapers down to nothing on the right before Q-Q, then this part can be flattened.

In any case, I could not build this in Inventor 2010 using bends, b/c the Bend tool won't bend more than once, and I need at least 2 bends. The way I tried doing it is by first bending R-R up, then bending P-P down and then bending 'X' up. But on reconsideration, it seems best to make this using surfaces and then thickening it. The views in the OP's drawing are deceiving b/c they are not standard to anything that I've seen. Also, I'm not sure which view is 'Detail X'?
