How to turn 3D model to Sheet metal

I want to make a 3D model into flat sheet metal part. It isn't allowing me to add bends to the edges. Can anyone provide a solution to this, thank you.

Hi

1. Sheet metal parts should be modeled using dedicated tools. Classic modeling tools should not be used.
2. Create 2 sketches on the offset workplane and use the Loft Flange command.
3. The sheets have rounded corners.
