How to smooth out a surface?

Hey,

I'm making a leg for a simple model I'm making. Basically, I used the Fillet tool to smooth out all of my edges to give my leg a smooth surface, but I've still got this weird bump that I can't seem to get rid of. I'm still a beginner, so I don't know if I've missed something, but it's really annoying me. I've attached a screenshot of what the bump looks like.

If any of y'all can help me with this problem, I'd be eternally grateful.

Thank you!!!

Welcome to the forum.

It is hard to tell exactly not having the model to access.  If I was to create it I would create a profile of the leg using the side plane and then add your fillets.

If you can attach your model that would be helpful.

Hi! Please share the file here. Based on the image, it looks like you have added fillets on top of filleted edges making the geometry unnecessarily complicated. You might be able to simplify it by using Delete Face -> Heal. Or, change the filleting order. But, without a file, there isn't much we can tell.

Many thanks!
