How to Save Document Setting Globally?

In Drawing mode, I was having a difficult time seeing a view that was selected as the outside dashed boundary was light green. I found where to change that setting in TOOLS/DOCUMENT SETTING/SHEET and change from light green to dark blue. Much easier to see now. Can that setting be changed globally?

Nope..

You can set it in your template for all new files though..

Ethan,  that setting doesn't appear to be one that can also be set in Application Options.  However, it might be something that you can set in your drawing template, and have it go out to all new drawings.
