Hi

Find the dimension in the browser and right-click.
If you want to change the properties of multiple dimensions at once, you can use the ctrl/shift keys.

Hello @RadoG ,

3D-Dimensions use dimension styles with suffix - 3DA, but changing this styles is only possible in drawings.

Open a drawing, go to Styles Editor, show all styles, search for the 3DA dimension style (in my case "Standard (DIN) - 3DA"), deactivate the trailing Zeros for this style, save the style to the styles library.

Now you can open your model with 3D dimensions and update styles.

For new models you have to update styles in your model templates.
