How to open a CATIA CATDRAWING file in Inventor 2016

I have a customers file that is a CATDRAWING file and Inventor will not open it. I have asked the customer and they will not convert it or save as a pdf.  Is there any way of opening it with Inventor or a converter?

For CATIA and Inventor 2016, the CATIA file must be
