Hello Everyone,
I am drawing an adjustable drill stop. I have basically chamfered a cylinder to create a point. I know what the sweep profile looks like, I just cannot seem to angle the plane to be tangent with the chamfer. Any suggestions?

You title says cut a drill bit.
Description says a adjustable drill stop.
Can you provide pictures of similar real part?
I'm not sure what you are after.
Can you attach the ipt file here?
Did you get this problem sorted out http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Autodesk-Inventor/Disobediance/m-p/2953006
Hi Zenjashi,
You can find an example of a drill bit profile in the practice drawing PDF on sheet 11 at this link:

You'll create the profile on the end of the shaft, and then use the Coil tool to cut the profile at the desired pitch and length. Then you can use the Circular Pattern tool and pattern the cut 2 times to complete the other side. You'll want to place the chamfer on the end after making the coil cuts.
If I have a chance I'll post an example later.
I hope this helps.
Best of luck to you in all of your Inventor pursuits,
Curtis
