If you bring up your Inventor project file, select on the lower right hand corner icon (config content center), it will bring up a list of content center libraries that you have access to.  Is Inventor GOST library checked?  Is it in red?  Or nothing is listed (for GOST)?

If the Inventor GOST is there, it doesn't mean it contains every known component to the GOST standard.  You may have to just create it and put it in your model.

You can run the Inventor Install program and select the libraries required to be install. Or check if you have copies on other machines and copy them in. The "Location of Libraries" shows the correct folder path, if you click on the blue hyperlink, it will open Windows File Explorer to the correct folder.

You might have a copy in your older "2017" folder that can be copied in and migrated to the current version as well.

Just insert the picture rather than attaching it as a file
