How to fill in a bended pipe?

Hi, all, 

 

Does anybody help me with filling in a deformed pipe? I have a model below, which is converted from a mesh downloaded from GradCAD:

Actually, it is not solid. As shown in the cut section below, some areas are not circular:

As a result, 3D modelling functionalities, e.g. Loft, Sweep, or Thiucken/Offset, did not work as far as I tried. Does anybody come up with how to fill in the cavity? It is acceptable to cover the holes on the models and re-drill them later.

You could use delete face and heal, you could boundary patch all the holes and sculp. Can you Share the part?

Wow, I did not think that all the internal surfaces of the bended sections are selectable. Thanks a lot!

Yes, but it's worth noting that the walls are not tangential.
