My problem is that I dont' know how to draw this kind of pipeframed furnitures where the back rest is not in the same direction as YZ, XZ or XY planes. I'm also wondering how to create a sketch on the curved surface?
How to draw something like this with Inventor Professional 2017?
The frame to me looks like a fairly simple assembly of swept tube parts welded together..
Same for the cloth section..
I don't have 2017 so I can't share files with you but here is an image showing how to start one piece.. All the rest are very similar sweeps,etc..

@mcgyvr is correct on the sweeping a tube, but my thoughts are while that might work in some sections, you will need to create 3D sketches for other portions. Here are a couple of videos explaining how to do this.

As far as the cloth goes, I think applying some of the same techniques as shown creating the tube would work as well. It would just have different profile shapes. 3D sketch would still be needed.

As stated by @Cadmanto you are going to need some practice in 3d sketches if you want this all as one continuous sweep.. Or a collection of multiple sketches to define the paths which may require creating workplanes,etc...
3d sketch could work, but what if I don't want to draw every lines in 90 degree angle? Here's a example of what I'm trying to say:
I suppose you don't have to use 3D sketch, but like @mcgyvr stated, you are going to need a whole lot of planes and possibly axis in obscure angles and positions to accomplish this. We are just trying to suggest the easiest way to create the simplest model for what you are looking for.

Here is a quick screencast on how to draw the 3D Sketch for your chair as a quick attempt without any dimensional consideration, just to show you how it can be done.
Once you have the 3D Sketch created you can insert it into an assembly and use Frame Generator to create the tubing.
Attached are the 2017 parts, hope that helps!
