How to draw rectangular/square helical curve in Inventor 2014

Can anybody show how we can draw rectangular/square helical curve in Inventor 2014

Coil line.
Extrude rectangle as surface.
Fillet
3D Sketch intersection.
Sweep profile.

I've done a similar thing but for Tube and Pipe. Instead of starting with a rectangle, add radius a to corners before doing second sketch.

Extrude rectangle as surface. 
Fillet.
2D Sketch inclined line at proper slope.

3D Sketch wrap 2D sketch line around surface, add extensions as needed.

Workplane normal to end of path, 2D sketch profile.
Sweep profile.

Edit: I still have 2014 installed; if you can't figure it out, I can produce a sample for you.
