Hidden lines are not normally drawn in section views except in rare cases.
You could turn on the visibility of hidden lines, but then you would have a lot to turn off that you don't want.
The easiest way would be to -
click on the view and hit s on the keyboard to start a sketch in the view.
Project Geometry the end edge.
Then sketch the lines - just line in AutoCAD, right click and change the Properties to display as desired.
Find the component in the browser (under the correct view), right-click on it, and choose 'Hidden Lines'. This will turn on hidden lines only for that component and not the entire view, so you would have many fewer unwanted hidden lines to hide. Inventor pops up a message saying something like the style of the view will be changed to Hidden, and will affect dependent views in some way.
If you can't find the component in the browser, it might be easier to change your selection priority (Shift+right-mouse-button) to 'Part Priority', and then you can just right-click on the part in the graphics window and choose 'Hidden Lines'. Change your selection priority back to 'Edge Priority' when you are done.
Like JD said, showing hidden lines is not usually done in a section view unless there is a real need, and it seems unnecessary in the case you have shown here. Inventor is very different from AutoCAD, and if one tries to draw in Inventor the way one draws in AutoCAD, the reward will be much frustration.
