What version of Inventor?  What graphics hardware?

Not happening on my system with Inventor 2023 and dark theme.

Hi, I see this behaviour in older versions of Inventor, but I have a solid menu in Inventor 2023.

How do you disable it in 2020 Pro?

I don't believe you can in Inventor. I don't know if there is a Windows option that would disable menu transparency.

The change appears to have been made in 2022 to remove the transparency, so you either need to install 2022 or 2023 to remove the transparency.

@johnsonshiue my have more insight as to why this was changed.

I'm shooting in the dark here, but what does this Windows 10 setting do for these menus?

Makes no difference to me.

I've got 19/20/21/22/23 all installed and 22/23 and the only ones with a solid menu so my guess would be it's a change made to go with the UI modernization project, but Johnson would know for sure.

Mine was on.

Turned it off and same.  A barely visible transparent.

Didn't notice it before.  Doesn't bother me at all.

Top half of the screen is out of focus anyway 😎

Hi Folks,

Actually I did not notice the change. I think James is right. It was a changed made during the UI revamp in 2022.

Many thanks!
