Welcome to the forum.

Not really sure what that looks like.  Posting an image would be helpful.  Have you tried going to the website of the manufacturer of these gears to see if they have available models to download?

Hi! Have you tried using Design Accelerator -> Power Transmission -> Bevel Gears. If I understood you requirement, it seems more like customized. You might need to create the Bevel Gears using Design Accelerator and then tweak the geometry using modeling features.

Hmm, Johnson.

Bevel gear calculation needs improvement. By definition, all rays along the gears of straight setups need to be in the intersection point of both gear axes.

Smiley Frustrated But that's not the case with Inventor's bevel gear generator.
