How to create loft at some angle

Hi can please help me how to create core like attached image. it is in some angle

I would do it like this way,

1. Circular profile on xy plane

2. Oval/Capsule-shape at 90° angled plane from xy with

3. from the side view you may take that guide curves.

even after that some more tricks could be performed to get it in correct shape

My solution is rather complex and first I need to determine  your experience level with Inventor.

You ipt attempt will give me an idea of how much work would be required in explaining my solution (which I have not entirely completed yet - still several hours of work to completion).

Just bumping this one back to the top - I forgot all about it when there wasn't a file Attached to the initial post.

I wish I had had this file before I spent hours on my attempt.

I have some other work to get done - so it will be a while till I can compare this mode to my attempt.
