How to create curved path on cylindercal surface

I have used spiral option but inner diameter and outer diameter of curve is not equal I need smooth curve on cylindrical surface . attached profile I got while using spiral.

Hi! There are multiple ways to do this. On 2019 and earlier, you will need to approximate it using either Guide Surface Sweep, or Ruled Surface, or Thicken. On 2020, you can use Solid Sweep to generate more accurate cutout. Please share your attempt so forum experts can provide guidance on how to proceed.
