How to circle a dimension on a drawing?

Hello,

I would like to know how can I circle/highlight a dimension on a drawing, just like the example image attached.

I'm using Inventor 2021.

Edit the dimension and go to the Inspection tab.

It's in your dimensions Styles.

Manage>Styles and Standards Editor>Dimension>Text>Orientation>Linear.

Drop down list has an option for text above the line.
