how to change part list table style in a template idw file

hi,

we started using Inventor a little while back, I have to say I like Inventor way more than AutoCAD.

we have a template idw file, but the numbers in the table are aligned to the left, as shown in this weight table below:

also the concrete (CYS) column always displays ul after the number, which I dont want.

these two things bug me a lot, I always have to manually adjust these when I am doing a drawing.

is there any way I can change these settings in the template file?

I want them to always look like what is shown in weight table below:

any help is appreciated.

Depending on how you set your Projects File up, you can either make the changes to your Styles or to your IDW template files. It can be as simple as deleted any views from your IDW and use the "Save as Template" to create the template with your changes.

Inventor 2020, In-Cad, Simulation Mechanical

Just insert the picture rather than attaching it as a file

Share what you have ...  This shouldn't be that hard to resolve ..

You need to set up the justification for the texts to have them center, you'll need to add a few constraints too.

For the UL, I'd have to see how you have it set being pulled
