How to apply a remote force on frame analysis?

OK So based on Wasim Younis‏'s Book If I want to apply a load (like The First Pic) I apply it as a distributed load on the length of the supporting members.

My question is what if i want to apply this load but as an offset load not centered is that assumption still valid? (the second Pic) and how can i apply it in frame analysis environment not stress analysis?

In the attached files there's two stress analysis case studies and one frame analysis case study.
and I want to know hot to apply the second stress analysis case study on frame analysis environment?

You should be able to achieve this using the Inventor Nastran using beam elements and a rigid connector as shown below. Create a work point in the assembly at the point of the remote load and using the rigid connector function connect the 4 upper beams to the work point then apply the load to the workpoint.
