It's not clear what you want to do, we should first clarify your request.
- You are here in the AutoCAD forum, but have a question about Meshmixer and attached an Inventor (.ipt) file. That's confusing.
<<the attach[ed] surface part>>
The attached file is not a surface part, but a solid part. But in Inventor we could convert it into a surface part (if necessary).
<<How I can flatten the attach surface part file in meshmixer>>
Do you want to flatten this part in Meshmixer or do you need the flatten part in Meshmixer (which was perhaps flattened before)?
Some notes:
- Meshmixer can (AFAIK) not read nor import .ipt files. What can be done: Inventor can save this part in .stl format and this file can be opened in Meshmixer.
- Inventor also can flatten this part. Do you want to flatten in Inventor, save as stl file and then open in Meshmixer or do you want to open the bended part (.stl file) in meshmixer and flatten here?
What do you really want to know:
- How can I read/open/import such an .ipt file in Meshmixer?
- or how can I flatten a bended part in Meshmixer?
- or ... What do you want to do?
Please tell us more details.

Hi, I was trying to flatten it in inventor but fail to do so, then I exported it in stl format and imported in meshmixer to do the same but again unable to flatten it. Kindly suggest me the process through which I can achieve the same in inventor itself. Thanks in advance.
Here a video how to create a .stl file. It is a rough example. While this process you have a lot of options to optimize the result. If you have further questions ask in the Inventor forum (we are here in the AutoCAD forum). I used Inventor 2020 and hope, with your Inventor 2016 you can repeat the same steps.
And here you see that we can open the .stl file in Meshmixer.
