How do I extrude a profile through an Axis on a determined angle?

I am trying to extrude/open up a profile in part A that uses a pin to hold a round bar (part B).  The pin must travel a set distance of .335 inches on a fixed axis, but the pin must rotate 30 degrees as it travels backwards along the axis.  As you can see from part A which is attached I have used work planes at fixed intervals and used the revolve function to clear out some of the opening but I cannot make a "clean" cut.  Please help!

That's exactly what I was trying to do.  I am using a 4th axis to mill that part.  The endmill example is perfect!  Thank you so much.
