How do I draw this in sheetmetal

I have built this rear bar and want to draw it in sheetmetal so I can make it one full piece, I can't get the bends to work and the flanges won't join on different angles. Please help!!

I would create bends on the 3 green lines. I don't know the exact measurements, but they look like 15° bends.

Make a it via loft ... but I believe @mcgyvr do doing something similar in his daily life ...

@Anonymous  Can you post your ipt file?

And do you only have Inventor 2016 as your signature says? If so that will make sharing files difficult as most of us are on newer versions.. Inventor isn't backwards compatible.

2016 is the only software I have access to unfortunately, I have them as two different files are you able to make them as one piece?

Yes someone (myself or others) can likely easily produce a model of a bumper like that which could be flattened and be all one piece. But I don't have access to 2016 to be able to share the model with you.. We can show screenshots though of the features we need to create to accomplish the task. 

Having your files to start with will save us a lot of work. Please attach them if you can.

Hi! The rear one is modeled nicely already. Or, you can simply use Contour Flange, instead of individual Flanges. The same thing can be done with the side one. You can use Contour Flange and then cut the sides.
