How do I bind my side mouse buttons - 4 and 5 - to be equal to enter and escape.

I want to improve my workflow and but I am unable to find these buttons to anything in the key binds menu. Is there any way to do this without macros? I've tried two different mice already.

Welcome!  This is going to depend on what mouse you are using, and what the manufacturer's drivers allow.  Can you tell us what brands and models you have tried?

You need to use mouse software to set that up.
