I used a revolution but because of the design I have 3 different circle sizes in different positions. How do I fill in this missing material? On the revolution there is missing material on either side but I'm not sure how to make the transition smoot. I'm wanting the revolution to gain thickness at the same rate as the rest of it.

This is what it should look like, but because of the new design it is missing the material at the top seen in the first picture. I've attached the file shown in this picture as well.

You can't do it with Revolve , since the thickness is varying along the way.
You have to do a loft between both targets.
I did it with surfaces (loft and patch) and then i turned it into a solid with SCULP tool.
