How can one sharpen the edges of these fan blades?

Hello, 

I've been trying to sharpen the edges of the fan blades I'm designing but chamfer didn't work since I keep receiving an error message and even though I shorten the distance. 

Could you please help me with this so I can also improve my skills.

I was able to get .75 cm on both sides.

Windows 10 x64 -16GB Ram
Intel i7-6700 @ 3.41ghz
nVidia GTS 250 - 1 GB
Inventor Pro 2021

I didn't spend a lot of time on this and I think I "sharpened" the wrong edge, but you might get some ideas from the Attached file.

Hi! Here is a solution I found by using Offset Surface and Move Bodies. I am able to get very sharp edges. Please take a look at attached part.
