How can i make this part from sheet metal.

I am trying to create this part in inventor, but i want a flat pattern, i wanna make it using the sheet metal tools, but im not sure how. Anyone know who can explain how to do this? When i look for videos i only see explanations for basic flanges.

The sheet thickness in the settings (Sheet Metal -> Setup -> Sheet Metal Defaults) must be equal to the thickness on the model.

Hi! This can be done easily by using Lofted Flange command and selecting two parallel U-shape profiles.
