How can I add folders to this side panel?

Every time I need to add or save parts I need to manually navigate through a flurry of folders due to how our files are structured.

Is there an easy way to add my most used folders to this column so that I can access them more quickly? Thanks in advance.

Hi @Anonymous,

You can add workspace areas, search paths and libraries etc in the manage projects window which is accessible from the home screen.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I've been in this section before, but couldn't figure out how to add folders to the project. Are there any other tutorials that might be available? Thank you in advance.

Edit your project, then right click on Frequently Used Subfolders and select Add Path (or one of the other Add choices).  Do this for all your frequently used subfolders.

I see, let's say the projects file is utilized by multiple users as a standard. Can I still go about doing this?

If all users are using the same project file (not a copy) from Vault or on a network server, and the folders are all accessible to everyone, this should be fine.

So I'm mildly confused, I do believe it is a copy from the Vault, is there another way to do this such that the file is identical?

I suppose, does this imply that I would need to reference a project file from a server such that we are all using that one file?

If the file is from Vault, then someone with the proper access needs to check out the project file, add the needed libraries and/or Frequently Used Subfolders to it, then check it back in.  All other users need to refresh their copies from Vault, and now everyone uses the same project file.

So in this scenario, it seems that (since we all have different frequently used folders) we would need to add all folders for the relevant parties as we have about 6 engineers utilizing various folders.

Then it would be best for each user to have their own copy of the project file with the FUSFs that they need.
