Home screen 2023 recent files

Home screen Recent List issues. Is there a solution yet? This is really annoying. Makes it very difficult to work efficiently.

Hello and welcome, Jeffery.  Can you give us a little bit more detail on exactly what issue you are experiencing?  maybe even a screen capture so we can help you diagnose the problem.

In the previous versions of Inventor, the home screen shortcuts would change with the current project folder. Now they don't. No matter the project folder, the shortcut icons stay the same. Makes it very difficult to work between different projects.

I've just been plating around with this in 2024.  Try this:  Set the Home Screen to List View, and then open the Settings icon on the top right (looks like a gear).  Uncheck "Last Opened", and then return to Icon view.  Change projects see if the icons update.  The steps might be a bit different in 2023, but I'm sure something similar is in there.

Thank you, but in my 2023 there is no settings gear icon. I looked everywhere. The only settings I can find are the project settings within the 3 dots to the right of the project choose dropdown.
