Holes: Extend Start Adjustable Arrow

Can we please get an option to move the extended start on holes. I constantly have this issue and have to add an additional hole to complete the feature.

As you probably guessed, extend start breaks out to the outside world and as it's found space in your extrusion, it's stopping.
