hole

I have used a sweep feature to make a hole to join onto the space within the part.It is not a smooth hole and looks like it does not fit smoothly.How should i have made the hole so it follows a smooth path to the space and looks natural

I am using Inventor 2014

Create a tangent workplane and use the hole feature.

Turn on the YZ plane. Hit the Plane button. Pick the tangent surface then pick the YZ plane and it will automatically be created.

What is "unnatural" about the hole?

How will the part be manufactured?
