Hole Tag Justification

Does anyone know how to change the justification of the hole tags for the Inventor hole table?

What I'm looking for is to have the green origin right at the center of the hole, and the text for the tag itself center justified.

The first picture is how it is now, with seemingly no way to change it.

The second is how I'd like to have it, preferrably through setup of a template/standard style.

Thanks for the reply.

This is not a hole note, though, it's a "hole tag", automagically put there when I place the hole table.

And it doesn't seem to care what I select for the justification, it always places it at a certain distance from the hole center.

If I drag it, it just follows the perimeter of the hole; it will never allow me to put it in the center of the hole.
